the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main square and close to the main rail and bus stations. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. the apartment was exactly as pictured and very clean. the host was also very helpful, even arranging a taxi for our airport transfer. the apartment had an elevator, making it easy to access our top-floor unit with luggage. a great experience. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😄.

Great location, just steps from the main square and other attractions. The building and apartment were beautiful and newly refurbished, with high standards. Supermarket, restaurant, and train station were all close by.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. there were only three towels provided for four people over five days, which was not enough.

my recent stay in krakow was amazing! especially my experience at cracow rentals zacisze. the brand new apartment was beautifully furnished and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals. the location was perfect, with a supermarket, restaurant, and train station nearby. i would definitely go back again.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station, making it convenient for travelers using the train for transportation. It is situated in a quiet area, on the outskirts of the old town, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city. the rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, such as a coffee machine, hairdryer, and washing machine.

It would be beneficial if the hotel provided clearer instructions on how to operate the air-conditioner.

We had a wonderful stay at Cracow Rentals Zacisze! The spacious and gorgeous apartment on the first floor, specifically King Suite Rm no. 3, was even larger than most apartments at around 60 sqm. Everything from the facilities to the interiors, beds, and showers exceeded our expectations. The convenient location, near train and bus stations as well as the mall, made it easy for us to explore the area on foot. The Wi-Fi was also reliable and the front door was clean and well-maintained. Special shoutout to the temperature control, as even in colder weather, the apartment stayed comfortably warm at 22-23 degrees.

Although the apartment was amazing overall, there were a few minor issues. The floor was dirty, which was a concern for us since we had a baby with us.

The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. The service was top-notch and any issue was quickly resolved. The fast wireless internet was a bonus. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minutes' walk from the Old Town and close to the train station and a large shopping center. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
